KOSHA sign MOU with MACCA

President Hun-ki Baek of KOSHA signed MOU with Chairman Jae-hong Lee of MACCA, the Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency, to boost safety of the multifunctional city construction project in Yeon-gi and Cheong-won, Choong-cheong province.

Both agencies agreed at the briefing room of the MACCA, to work together for the safe ‘city construction project’ through joint safety inspection, running of the constant inspection system, information exchange and technological consultancy for the road construction.

Around 40% of the construction of the multifunctional administrative city is complete in which public construction with the size of some KRW 22.5 trillion and large-scaled private building construction projects are ongoing.

President Baek said “KOSHA has been organizing consulting body to pursue safe ‘Multifunctional Administrative City’ construction and supporting training since 2007. This MOU would lay a firm ground to make the city safer which is also called ‘happy city’, through practical cooperation. End.
