Opening of Gyeonggi East Worker's Health Care Center

 April 26, 2013

- A health center for 500,000 workers in the work places in the eastern region of Gyeonggi-do including Seongnam and Icheon opened on Thursday, April 25, 2013.

- Gyeonggi East Worker's Health Care Center that opened on the 12th floor of Seongnam Industrial Complex Management Corporation in Seongnam (located in Sangdaewon-dong, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam) will provide medical services including job stress counseling, work environment counseling, and job related disease counseling through professional manpower such as doctors. Workers of businesses with less than 50 employees can use the center for free and the operating hours is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays.

- The woker's health care center has been established in places where large-scale industrial complexes are established since 2011 for the workers of businesses with less than 50 employees who can hardly receive systematic health care due to the absence of health administrator at work, and it is opening in 5 new places including Seoul this year.
