Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Act is to maintain and promote the safety and health of workers by preventing industrial accidents and creating comfortable working environment through establishing standards on occupational safety and health and clarifying where the responsibility lies. <This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 9434, Feb. 6, 2009> |
