The A+A Congress 2015 (the 34th A+A Congress)

History: The congress was first held in 1954 under the theme of Safety and Medicine at Work in Germany. Since then, the congress has been developed as one of the biggest and most influential congresses playing a key role to invigorate occupational safety and health worldwide

Contents: As a biennial event, it is hosted in Duesseldorf, Germany, with 63,000 participants and 1,600 enterprises from 69 countries (Korean enterprises: 40)

Major participants: safety managers, high-level decision makers, trade unions, government organizations, occupational physicians, disaster aiders and professional disaster managers, experts in fire management, constructors, academia, press, etc.

Partner Country: The congress designates a partner country to develop a cooperation program to exchange information and knowledge of occupational health systems between the two. This year, Republic of Korea is designated as the partner country of the 2015 Congress.
