The international cooperation center(Secretary General: Bae Gye-wan) of KOSHA (President : Baek Hun Ki) announced that the team is ready to publish the periodical for 2012.

The center decided to issue following content in an effort to distribute recent occupational safety and health trend of ILO-CIS and information from overseas.

This periodical will be distributed to all employers and workers in safety and health industry. In addition, the magazine is used to have access to a new approach for the prevention of occupational accidents being reported to the periodic major executives' meeting.

The team also said that it would issue 6 periodicals of English version as it did last year to share and introduce information with agencies overseas. The magazine for this year will have 'one-page sheet' accident cases instead of last year's semi-annual occupational accident report.

Members of the team plans to translate Korean occupational safety and health policies and strategies into several other languages to give help establish policies for developing countries, which will be distributed to MSWL, MOLISA, MoSWL, and MoLVT.

Also, the center will give English version of codes on occupational safety and health on the website so that developing nations can get them in setting up their occupational safety and health system.

Meanwhile, KOSHA was designated as ILO CIS National Center in 1989. It opened the ‘Help Desk’ recently to give assistance to workers as it introduce information from ILO CIS and OSH professional agencies or translate it.
